Canasta 30 years

Canasta 30 Year Old is among the most prestigious sherry wines from Andalusia. It is a well-aged fortified wine matured for decades using the traditional solera system, which gives it exceptional depth, complexity, and a harmonious character.

Canasta sherry comes from the renowned house Williams & Humbert, one of the most respected producers in the Jerez de la Frontera region. Long-term ageing in American oak casks allows the wine to gradually develop rich aromatic layers and its distinctive sweet profile.

The aroma is dominated by notes of dried fruit, caramel, nuts, and vanilla, complemented by subtle woody and spicy nuances. On the palate, it is full, sweet, and velvety, with a beautiful balance between fruity sweetness, nutty character, and the elegant depth brought by long ageing.

The finish is long, warming, and harmonious, with lingering notes of caramel, dried fruit, and gentle oak. Canasta 30 Year Old feels exceptionally polished and noble.
