Ice Wine with a pleasantly sweet taste. Topoľčianky Rizling Vlašský is a Slovak ice wine originating from an exceptional vineyard in the village of Jelenec in the Nitra wine region.
Behind the intoxicatingly sweet flavor profile of the ice white sweet wine is the harvest of grapes at a temperature of below freezing - 9 °C. The sugar content at harvest reached 32 °NM.
Ice wine is ideal for special occasions and is best enjoyed alongside sweet desserts.
