The authentic fruit distillate Chateau Selešťany Hontianska parádna Borovička is made from ripe fruits of the common juniper. This drink is produced using traditional methods through distillation of fermented juniper berries, which gives it its characteristic taste and aroma.
Borovička is known for its quality and is made with an emphasis on traditional processes and the selection of the best raw materials. In 2013, Chateau Selešťany launched the production of authentic distillates in their fruit distillery and grower's distillery under the patronage of their friend Gabo Karlina.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 45%. We recommend serving Borovička chilled on its own or in mixed drinks.
