Koniferum Borovička Cranberry

Koniferum Juniper Brandy Cranberry is a fresh Slovak juniper brandy that builds on the traditional production of juniper distillates while introducing a modern flavor element in the form of subtle cranberry flavoring. The base of the drink is juniper distillate from fermented juniper berries, which is combined with high-quality neutral spirit and soft water from the slopes of Považský Inovec.

An important element of production is the balanced ratio of true juniper distillate and neutral spirit, which ensures a harmonious taste and pronounced aroma. The secret of Koniferum brandy, colloquially known as “Koniferka,” lies in the strict adherence to traditional recipes and the use of high-quality ingredients with a lower alcohol content.

The result is a smooth and easy-to-drink brandy that retains its typical juniper character, while also bringing a modern fruity element thanks to notes of cranberries. It is the cranberry flavoring that gives the drink freshness, a mild tartness, and makes it appealing even to those who seek lighter and aromatic distillates.

Koniferum Juniper Brandy Cranberry is ideal served well chilled, on its own or as a base for simple mixed drinks.
