La Hechicera means "the witch" in Spanish. This name hides an exceptional molasses rum inspired by the mystical beauty of Colombian life and nature. It has been produced by the Colombian Riascos family for 3 generations.
The base is a masterfully blended blend of rums aged 12 to 21 years in the wild Caribbean coast of Colombia. Together with the solera aging system in ex-bourbon barrels, a great flavor profile was created with notes of oak wood, caramel, orange peel, freshly roasted coffee and tobacco.

Goriffee Colombia Popayan Reserve comes from the Cauca region of Colombia, where 50 small family farms grow coffee on a plateau at 1 700 m above sea level. This 100 % Arabica Castillo variety undergoes a wet (washed) processing process that gives it a clean, bright flavor profile.
