Goriffee is a Slovak specialty coffee roastery based in Bratislava that has been bringing high-quality, responsibly grown coffee directly from farmers around the world since 2012. It was founded by three enthusiasts – Erik Šimšík, Matej Hambalko, and Amir Al Jabri – inspired by a personal experience in Rwanda, where Erik discovered not only the exceptional taste of local arabica but also the power of direct connection with growers.

Goriffee prides itself on transparency, fairness, and long-term partnerships. They select coffees with an emphasis on the freshness of harvests and sustainable farming practices – often within small farms or community projects. Their own roastery in the Bratislava district of Dlhé diely allows them to roast with maximum precision and tailor the roasting to the brewing method – whether it’s espresso or filter.

Their goal is not only to deliver great coffee but also to educate and inspire – through blogs, tastings, and participation in coffee events. Goriffee is more than just coffee – it’s a community, quality, and a commitment to the people behind every bean.
