Goriffee is a Slovak roastery of choice coffee based in Bratislava, which since 2012 has been delivering quality and responsibly grown coffee directly from farmers from different parts of the world. It was founded by three enthusiasts - Erik Šimšík, Matej Hambalko and Amir Al Jabri - with the impetus being a personal experience in Rwanda, where Erik discovered not only the exceptional taste of local Arabica, but also the power of direct connection with the growers.

Goriffee prides itself on transparency, fairness and long-term partnerships. The coffees are selected with an emphasis on freshness of harvest and sustainable growing practices - often as part of small farms or community projects. Having their own roasting facility in the Dlhé díly district of Bratislava allows them to roast with the utmost precision and to tailor the roast to the preparation method - whether it's espresso or filter.

Their goal is not only to deliver great coffee, but also to educate and inspire - through blogs, tastings or participation in coffee events. Goriffee is more than just coffee - it's community, quality and a commitment to the people behind each bean.
