Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut is an excellent Italian dry prosecco (white sparkling wine) with controlled and protected origin.

It is made from the best grape variety Glera from the vineyard Aria Valentina (wine-growing region Veneto – mountainous area of the Montello and Asolo hills, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy).

It is perfect as an aperitif and during meals. It pairs wonderfully with raw fish and seafood, fresh and creamy cheeses, or spicy dishes.

We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C. Store in a cool place, away from sunlight and heat sources.

It is made from the best bunches of Glera grapes from the Aria Valentina vineyard (wine-growing region Veneto – mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo hills, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy). It is excellent as an aperitif, but also pairs well with food. It is a great choice for any important occasion.

The wine's effervescence is appropriately volatile, delicate, and persistent. The bouquet is intense and fruity with notes of yellow apples and lemons, floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. The taste is fresh, well-structured, and pleasantly harmonious on the palate with a well-balanced sweetness.
