Boulard VSOP is a quality French calvados from the prestigious Pays d’Auge region in Normandy. It is created by blending carefully selected calvadoses that age for approximately 4 to 10 years in oak barrels. After blending, the distillates rest further to perfectly meld their individual flavors, resulting in a smooth, balanced, and harmonious character.

It has an attractive golden-amber color. The aroma features ripe and baked apples, vanilla, subtle wood, hazelnuts, toast, and a hint of brioche. The taste is smooth and pleasantly rounded, with notes of apple compote, caramel, oak wood, and warming spices. The finish is elegant, velvety, and long-lasting, with fruity and vanilla undertones.

You can enjoy Boulard VSOP neat at room temperature, on the rocks, or as a base for classic calvados cocktails.
