Bareksten Illsint Absinth is made from plant materials and has the main properties of wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium) as well as the properties of some medicinal and culinary herbs. The base of absinthe is anise and spices, which provide a pleasantly sweet and creamy taste.
Absinthe is produced at Oss Craft Distillery in Bergen, Norway, and the alcohol content is 60%. Norwegian herbs, potatoes, and berries intensely, slowly, and endlessly battle in extreme conditions. Only the strongest and most resilient survive. Norwegian ingredients, touched only by nature, form the basis of the raw flavors of Bareksten's botanical distillates.
Due to the high alcohol content, we do not recommend drinking absinthe neat! We recommend drinking it the traditional way. Pour 25 ml of absinthe into a glass and place a slotted spoon on the rim of the glass. Then place a sugar cube on the spoon and slowly pour cold water over it until the sugar dissolves. Absinthe will change color to white during this process, which is normal. Cheers!
Aroma: complex, tarragon, white pepper
