Bareksten Old Tom Gin

Bareksten Old Tom Gin is produced in the Norwegian distillery Oss Craft Distillery and like other products of the Bareksten family, it represents the true essence of Norway. It is dark, wild and dramatic in the look of the bottle, the smell when you open it and the taste when you drink it.

Bareksten takes its inspiration from the forests of Norway. The long sunny days of summer combined with plenty of rain and warm weather provide the perfect conditions for many herbs and berries to grow. These Nordic and organic herbs, potatoes and berries form the basis of this gin's unique flavour.

Old Tom Gin is slightly sweeter than other gins from the Bareksten brand, it has more subtle nuances with a milder juniper influence in the taste. On the nose there is a distinct earthy aroma and floral notes. The palate is full-bodied with a pleasant spicy finish. The subtle sweetness and fruity notes persist until the end. The bottles are finished at 44 % alcohol.
