Description
Cihuatán Cinabrio is a fantastic 12-year-old rum that is inspired by Mayan legends. Cinnabrio is a reference to the red color that was historically made from the mineral cinnabar. They considered her a good divine sign.
Rum matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. It is handcrafted in the Cihuatán Valley, in the heart of El Salvador, from the sugar cane seeds, through distillation, blending, to the bottle. At the heart of each bottle of Cinabrio lies the Sleeping Woman, Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatan Valley.
The rum comes in a nice colorful gift box. We recommend serving neat at room temperature. You can add one ice cube to enhance the taste and aroma.
