Description
Cihuatán Indigo is a very fresh Salvadoran 8-year-old rum. The valley in the heart of El Salvador is home to the distillery, lovingly chosen by a Mayan goddess many centuries ago. From where every seed comes to the ripened sugarcane. Cihuatán Indigo is the first rum 100% made by Salvadoran hands.
It was created as a tribute to the Mayan rain god named Indigo. It was distilled in a Column Still and aged 8 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. Finally, it was bottled in minimalist bottles and sealed with a cork stopper.
The bottle comes in a very nice gift packaging.
