Description
The Quiet Man 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a triple-distilled Irish single malt whiskey that has been matured in ex-bourbon casks for 12 years. What's special about it, however, is the unusual finish obtained by a further 1 year of final maturation in 30 year old Olorosso sherry casks from Bodega Garvey.
The whiskey has not been chill filtered or coloured. We recommend serving at room temperature or with an ice cube.
After maturation, the whiskey is bottled at 46 % ABV in 0,7 l bottles and supplied in gift tubes.

Nose: bourbon, honey, orange blossom, vanilla, melon
Taste: toasted nuts and raisin cake, fruit, apples, spices
Finish: rich apricot, grilled pineapple, chocolate-covered peanuts
