Description
The Quiet Man 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a triple-distilled Irish single malt whiskey that first aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks. What makes it special is the unusual finish achieved by an additional year of final aging in casks that previously held 30-year-old Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Garvey.
The whiskey has not been chill-filtered or colored. We recommend serving it at room temperature or with a cube of ice.
After aging, the whiskey is bottled at an alcohol content of 46% with a volume of 0.7 l and is delivered in gift tubes.
