The Macallan M 2022 Release Decanter is an exceptional single malt Scotch whisky that represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship and dedication to quality. This exclusive spirit is the result of a careful selection of irreplaceable casks in which the whisky has been matured, giving it a deep and intense flavour.

The whisky is presented in a flawless crystal decanter, individually numbered, which is the work of the renowned French glass company Lalique. This design was conceived by creative guru Fabien Baron, who combined aesthetic expression with commercial art at its best. His dramatic concept takes the craftsmanship of crystal glass to a new level, creating a vision for the future that respects the glory of the past.

The Macallan M 2022 Release Decanter is aged in carefully selected and exceptional oak casks, a hallmark of The Macallan brand.

This whisky uses a combination of:

- European and American oak ex-sherry casks, which add rich fruit notes, spiciness and depth to the whisky.
- American oak casks, which contribute subtle vanilla and caramel notes.

The maturation process in these special casks, which are part of the 'Exceptional Oak Casks' philosophy, aims to create a complex and multi-layered flavour profile that makes this whisky truly exceptional.

The bottles are bottled at 45 % ABV with a capacity of 0,7 l. The bottle comes in a stylish black gift cassette.
