Macallan Classic Cut Edition 2025

Macallan Classic Cut Edition 2025 represents the ninth release in the annual series whisky, where the Speyside distillery takes its craftsmanship to a deeper and more intense level. The whisky is matured in a carefully selected combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, along with a portion of ex-bourbon barrels.

Bottled at 50,6 % ABV, it allows the full richness and depth of its character to shine through.

On the nose, it opens with orange oil, sugarcane, and milk chocolate, while a drop of water reveals notes of grapefruit, vanilla panna cotta, and freshly baked apple pie.

On the palate, layers of sugar, mandarin, lemon meringue, and caramelised almonds unfold gracefully; the finish is long and elegant, with lingering tones of grapefruit, melon, and gentle oak spice.
