The GlenAllachie Sinteis Series 2015

The GlenAllachie Sinteis Series Part IV 2015 Cask Strength is a limited edition Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Sinteis series, which means "synthesis" in Scottish Gaelic. The collection is built on the combination of bold types of wood and sherry casks, resulting in distinctive and innovative whiskies.

This release first matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks and was then transferred to rare Mongolian virgin oak. This imparts a gentle spiciness, notes of caramel, honey, and floral nuances, while the sherry casks bring layers of figs, dried fruits, and warming spices.

On the nose and palate, there are notes of baked goods, butterscotch, cocoa, cinnamon, plum syrup, roasted orange, mocha coffee, mānuka honey, and fig jam. The whisky is bottled at natural cask strength, with no added coloring and no chill filtration, preserving its full, intense, and authentic character.
