The GlenAllachie 11 Year Old Premier Cru Classé Single Cask 2009

Special limited edition 11-year-old Scottish Single Malt whisky The GlenAllachie Premier Cru Classé Single Cask 2009, which comes from the 4th series. Master Distiller Billy Walker personally oversaw and distillation. It is produced in the Speyside area.

Each special edition exceptionally demonstrates the barrels that are in the warehouses of The GlenAllachie Distillery. The distillation took place on 5.11.2009. The whisky matured in ex-wine Premier Cru Classé barrel. It is a red wine from Bordeaux full of cranberries, raspberries, vanilla and grapes. This barrel was personally selected by Billy Walker.

Without cold filtration and added dye. The bottle is contained in a very nice gray minimalist gift box. Only 266 pieces were produced!
