Finished in ex-sherry Oloroso casks, ex-cognac Troncais casks, and ex-port wine vintage Colheita with first fill.
The triple cask finish of this rare single malt whisky brings additional layers of depth, smoothness, and intriguing spiciness to the iconic smooth and fruity style of The Glenlivet.
The aroma is very full and rich. There are notes of sandalwood and pine with resinous tones. A blend of dried flowers and barley sugar and grain notes with acacia honey emerges.
Delicious notes of caramelized pears and juicy sultanas intertwine with fragrant nutmeg and warming cinnamon from the influence of the cognac casks.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 43% with a volume of 0.7 l. They are delivered in stylish gift cartons.
