The Glenlivet 18 Year Old

The excellent 18-year-old Single Malt Scotch whisky The Glenlivet comes from the Speyside region. It matures in virgin oak American and ex-sherry oak European barrels. As a result, the whisky acquired refreshing fruity and honey tones and smoky aroma tones. European oak adds delicate tropical fruitiness and American oak brings spiciness and additional complexity.

Aroma: barley, flowers, apple, fondant, smoke, caramel, fruit
Taste: oak, honey, walnut, apples, orange, herbs, raisins
Finish: long, dry, spicy, oak, pepper
