Description
Extremely high-quality 12-year-old Scottish single malt whisky Double Oak from The Glenlivet distillery. It is made from a mineral-rich spring sourced from Josie's Well. It helps shape flavors during mashing and fermentation.
The whisky matured for 6 years in traditional European oak casks, from which it was poured into American oak casks for the remaining 6 years. These barrels gave it a characteristic smoothness with a pleasant and balanced taste.
It goes perfectly with baked seafood and especially scallops.
