Exceptionally high-quality 12-Year-Old Scotch single malt whisky Double Oak from the distillery The Glenlivet. It is made from a mineral-rich spring sourced from Josie's Well. This helps shape the flavors during mashing and fermentation.
The whisky aged for 6 years in traditional European oak casks, before being transferred to American oak barrels for the remaining 6 years. These casks imparted a distinctive smoothness with a pleasant and balanced flavor.
It pairs perfectly with baked seafood, especially scallops.
