Description

Glen Moray Classic Port Cask Finish is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside that combines traditional flavours with innovative ageing.

It is first matured in American oak casks, giving it classic Speyside notes, and then finished for several months in Tawny port wine casks, the world's number one port wine. This process enriches the whisky with rich fruit and subtle wine notes and gives it its characteristic pinkish hue.

The aromatic profile of this whisky includes notes of vanilla, light oak and rich dried fruits. The palate shows refreshing spice with a hint of lemony acidity, caramelised sweetness and cinnamon. The finish is sweet and smooth, with lingering notes of wine and oak, creating a smooth and balanced impression.

At 40 % ABV, Glen Moray Classic Port Cask Finish is a light, fruity and balanced whisky that will appeal to both single malt lovers and newcomers to the whisky world. It is part of the Explorer Collection, which showcases a speyside style and surprising finishes in a variety of cask types.

Jon Rye Wanted is a brand new whiskey from Nicolaus that does not try to compete with Scottish or Irish legends with their history and myths. Instead of endless stories about pedigree and old barrels, it brings something bolder – a pure taste and a rebellious attitude. How did it actually come about? The…
