Tajna Sunset Pinot Blanc 2023

Semi-dry, golden-coloured Tajna Sunset Pinot Blanc, from the Sari vineyard, Tajna winery, vintage 2023, smells beautifully of fruits such as pears and citrus.

The precise and regular control of the analytical parameters of the ripening Sauvignon grapes has determined the technologically best harvest dates at sugar levels of 23°NM.

At the last harvest, the bunches were pressed whole and, after obtaining the must, fermented with a pure culture of wine yeasts. The fermented must was clarified and, after a short maturation in a stainless steel container, bottled in order to preserve the primary aroma.

It goes well with flounder strudel, mashed potatoes with basil pesto and asparagus, home-marinated trout with wasabi paste, roasted beetroot salad with goat's cheese, herb vinaigrette and pine nuts.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in wider, slightly closed tulip cups of 450 - 500 ml.
