Tajna Sunset Pinot Blanc 2023

Off-dry wine of golden color Tajna Sunset Pinot Blanc, comes from the vineyard Sari, winery Tajna, vintage 2023, beautifully fragrant with fruits like pears and citrus.

Precise and regular monitoring of analytical parameters of ripening grapes from the Sauvignon variety determined the technologically best harvest dates at sugar content of 23°NM.

During the last harvest, the bunches were fully pressed and after obtaining the must, fermented with pure wine yeast culture. After fermentation, it was clarified and bottled after a short aging in a stainless steel container to preserve the primary aroma.

It pairs well with poppy seed strudel, mashed potatoes with basil pesto and asparagus, homemade marinated trout with wasabi paste, roasted beet salad with goat cheese, herb dressing, and pine nuts.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C in wider bowls of slightly closed tulip shape with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
