Red Wine Set from the Puglia Region

Dry, red Italian wine, Primitivo variety, Manduria - Puglia region, with protected designation of origin IGP. It is one of the references in the "Varietal" line, which groups indigenous and historical wines. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature of 22/24°C for 8-10 days, with selected yeasts, during which daily pumping over is performed.

Piccini Memoro Quattro Elementi Primitivo Puglia is an Italian red wine from a unique collection! The Memoro line was created to represent all of Italy. Its name is a tribute to the ancient Latin culture and celebrates the power of "memory", inviting you to discover a variety of wines. Memoro is the result of research, travel and tasting, guided by the goal of creating the best blend of all Italian wines.

The wine is made from 100 % of the Primitovo grape variety - a grape with ancient roots, it shares an intimate and lasting bond with the sun-drenched region of Puglia where it was grown. It was named after its characteristic feature - early ripening. After fermentation, at the end of production, the wine is left to age for 3 months in large cement tanks.

The name "Elementi" was coined by Memoro, whose goal is to deconstruct one of Italy's most renowned blends into four basic components. Each vine is associated with one of the four classic philosophical elements: air, fire, earth and water.
