Presidente Marti 15 is a high-quality artisan rum inspired by Cuba. However, its production takes place in the Dominican Republic, where it is not mass-produced, but with passion and great attention to detail, while the entire mixing process was overseen by the Master Blender from the Oliver & Oliver distillery.
It matured by using the solera system in American ex-bourbon and French oak barrels, where the oldest of the rums was up to 15 years old. This gave it a soft character, creamy texture and woody notes, which were completed by the final maturation in Pedro Ximenéz Spanish ex-sherry casks.
The rum is named after the Cuban national hero and poet José Martí.
The bottle comes in a representative cardboard gift box.
