Presidente José Martí

Presidente José Martí is a Dominican rum created by the family Oliver & Oliver, known for their masterful rum production in the Spanish Solera style. This rum is a tribute to Cuban writer and national hero José Martí, with a flavor profile that highlights elegance, subtle sweetness, and lightly woody notes.

Rum is made from a blend of rums of various ages, aged in the Solera system in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. This aging process ensures a velvety texture, smoothness, and a balanced, lightly fruity character.

The aroma features notes of caramel, vanilla, raisins, candied fruit, gentle spices and a light touch of oak.

The taste is soft and harmonious – honey, caramel, dried fruit, nougat, buttery caramel, tropical fruit, and gentle spiciness. The finish is smooth, medium-length, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and dried raisins.
