Presidente Martí Gran Aroma

Presidente Martí Gran Aroma is a premium Dominican rum created by the Oliver & Oliver distilling family, renowned for their mastery of the Solera ageing style.

Unlike classic molasses-based rums, this blend consists of 30% aguardiente (distillate from fresh sugarcane juice) and 70% molasses rum. This combination creates a unique sensory profile, merging the depth of molasses with the freshness of sugarcane spirit.

Ageing takes place using the Solera system in French oak barrels, which impart smoothness, caramel-vanilla notes and a velvety texture.

The result is a sweet, smooth and highly aromatic rum – ideal for those who appreciate gentle, aromatic and well-balanced profiles.

On the nose, it reveals tones of caramel, sugarcane honey, candied fruit, raisins and soft French oak.

The palate is soft and harmonious – caramel, vanilla, honey, gentle spice, tropical fruit, a touch of citrus, and sweet sugarcane.
The finish is pleasantly long, with notes of caramel, vanilla, raisins and sugarcane syrup.

Presidente Martí Gran Aroma is excellent neat, on the rocks, or as a refined base for dessert-style rum cocktails.
