Presidente Martí Gran Aroma is a premium Dominican rum created by the distilling family Oliver & Oliver, known for their mastery of the Solera style.
Unlike classic molasses rums, this is a blend of 30% aguardiente (distillate from fresh sugarcane juice) and 70% molasses rum. This combination creates a unique sensory profile that combines the depth of molasses with the freshness of sugarcane distillate.
Aging takes place using the Solera system in French oak barrels, which impart smoothness, a caramel-vanilla note, and a velvety texture to the drink.
The result is a rum that is sweet, smooth, and distinctly aromatic – ideal for those who enjoy delicate, aromatic, and well-balanced rums.
In the aroma, notes of caramel, sugarcane honey, candied fruit, dried raisins, and subtle French oak emerge.
