Description
The premium Blended rum Matusalem Gran Reserva is referred to as "Cognac rum". It is ideal for those who are looking for something special. It is a mixture of several rums that have matured for up to 15 years. It is made according to a traditional family recipe, that has not changed for 140 years.
It matures in handmade ex-bourbon barrels by Solera system. Distill three times and filter twice before filling into bottles. We recommend serving clean or chilled with an ice cube.
The bottles are filled with 40 % alcohol and come in oversized bottles up to 6 litres. They are stored in a wooden gift box along with a glass pipette/hewer so you can conveniently scoop the rum.
