Description

Insólito (in Spanish, French, and Italian translation) expresses something rare, unusual, and boundary-pushing. And that’s exactly what the limited edition rum blend Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask from the Dominican Republic is!

This is a pioneering rum, inspired by rosé wines from the Provence region in France. After blending, it was filtered through wood charcoal and then aged for three years using the solera system in ex-wine Tempranillo casks.

You will enjoy this rum best in a glass with grapes, blueberries, currants, and blackberries. We recommend serving it neat, without ice, at room temperature. Only 33,300 bottles were produced!
