This is a very tasty rum from Mauritius! Gold of Mauritius dark rum comes from the Grays distillery, where it spends three months maturing in rum barrels, then filtered and matured for another eight to twelve months.

■ Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum 5 Solera 0,05 l
For the production of Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum Solera 5, three quality types of rum, 1, 4 and 5 years old, were carefully selected and perfectly balanced with each other. The barrels were changed repeatedly during the 4-year maturation period to achieve a structured and unique taste profile.

■ Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum 8 Solera 0,05 l
This excellent Blended rum is the result of many experiments. It is made from a mixture of several rums that have matured for 1 year in ex-porto South African wine, then for 3 years in American oak barrels and then for 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels.
