Description
Gold of Mauritius Dark is a premium rum from the island of Mauritius. The dark rum comes from the Grays distillery where it spends 3 months maturing in rum casks, then is filtered and matured for a further 8 to 12 months.
This light and rich rum brings us notes of oak, malt and roasted nuts. The bottles have been bottled at 40 % alcohol.
We recommend enjoying Gold of Mauritius neat with a small amount of ice, but you'll also appreciate it in classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
