This vintage dark rum originates from distillates whose ageing began in 1985, subsequently resting for many years in American bourbon casks and other carefully selected barrels that contributed to its rich aromatic depth.

On the nose, it reveals caramel, raisins, toasted oak, candied fruit and a hint of almond.

The palate of rum is smooth, harmonious and elegant – caramel cream, honey, dark chocolate, dried plums, vanilla and soft spice, followed by touches of tobacco, charred oak and nutty nuances.

The finish is long, sweet and velvety, with notes of raisins, caramel and gentle spice.
