Exquisito 1995 is a luxurious, vintage Dominican rum from the Oliver & Oliver distilling family, known for their masterful blends and traditional aging methods.
This rum is crafted from carefully selected molasses distillates that have aged for many years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
It is a dark rum of the Solera Vintage type, meaning that the main part of the blend consists of distillate from 1995, complemented by smaller amounts of older components. The long tropical aging gives it fullness, elegance, and a richly layered flavor profile.
