Rum Dos Maderas PX (5+5) first rests for five years in the Caribbean, then another three at the distillery Williams & Humbert in barrels where sherry Dos Cortados (Palo Cortado) aged, and finally undergoes a third stage, 2 years of aging in barrels that previously held sherry Don Guido (Pedro Ximénez), resulting in an extraordinary and primarily top-quality rum.
