Description

He first rests for five years in the Caribbean in American oak barrels. He will later be sent to the Williams & Humbert winery in Jerez (Andalusia, Spain), where he is undergoing a final three-year maturation stage in barrels, where the world-famous "Dos Cortados" sherry, which has won many awards and is guaranteed to be Jerez -Xérs-Sherry.

Bronze medal at the International Rum Festival (San Francisco) 2008.
Silver medal at the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco 2008.

Thanks to the division of the maturing process into two different phases, Dos Maderas 5 + 3 is a very special ripe rum, unique in the world, with a bouquet, taste and aroma that are difficult to compare. Roasted taste in the mouth with hints of vanilla and walnut. Extremely soft and smooth scent.

Serving tips: as it is a high-quality mature rum, we recommend that you drink it alone or with a few ice cubes and for connoisseurs as the main ingredient in selected cocktails.
