Loch Lomond 14-Year-Old is an excellent single malt Scotch whisky. Made exclusively from non-peat whiskies that were distilled using the innovative neck Pot Still method. This is what gives each whisky from the Loch Lomond distillery its unmistakable fruity character.
In the end, this 14-year-old Scotch matured for an additional 12 months in lightly charred American and French oak casks that were specially made for the Loch Lomond distillery.
The result is an explosion of green apple and pear aromas, sweet caramel-vanilla candies mixed with citrus notes of grapefruit, leading to a deep and warming finish with hints of cloves and anise.
The whisky was bottled under the supervision of Master Blender Michael Henry with a 46 % alcohol content. It is unfiltered, in its natural form.
Color: amber with golden reflections
Aroma: coconut, green apple, pear, cinnamon, cloves, lemon
Taste: vanilla, caramel, grapefruit, pineapple, wood, oak
Finish: long with warming notes of oak, cloves, anise
