Description

Slovak dry white wine with protected designation of origin from Karpatská Perla winery. Variety Grün Veltliner, vintage 2022, Malocarpathian wine-growing region, vineyard village Modra - Noviny vineyard.

The grapes were harvested with a sugar content of 21,5°NM and then macerated for 72 hours. The wine was produced by spontaneous fermentation and its character was enhanced by 6 months of aging in agate and oak barrels. The wine's full fruity and spicy aromas will captivate you with its rich sensory experience. The wine has a firm round taste.

The wine is low histamine and vegan! We recommend serving it chilled to a temperature of 11 to 12°C with dishes with creamy sauces.
