Isle of Harris Gin
The Thomas Henry Tonic goes with this product, choose the right one and mix the world's most famous drink GIN-TONIC!
Excellent and high-quality Scottish gin Isle of Harris is produced in the small village of Tarbert. It is made in a family distillery using a small copper pot still. The main ingredient of the gin is seaweed (Sugar kelp), which is hand-harvested from the lochs near the distillery. To soften the gin, low-mineral rainwater is used, sourced from a nearby valley. The gin is then hand-bottled and sealed with a natural cork and wood stopper.
Each bottle features a paper seal with the geographical coordinates of the distillery. The bottle has a very beautiful and minimalist design with engraving.
