Giusti Prosecco Rosalia Rosé Extra Dry
Experience the exquisite pink extra dry Italian prosecco Giusti Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato 2020 Extra Dry "Rosalia". This is a sparkling rosé wine made from two beautiful varieties: 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir). The Glera grapes come from the "Rosalia" estate in Nervesa della Battaglia, and the Pinot Nero grapes from the "Case Bianche" estate in Volpago del Montello.
Under the Pinot Nero vineyards lies alluvial soil with a good texture of coarse gravel and sand, deposited there millions of years ago by the Piave River. The Glera vineyards are trained using the Sylvoz system with variable density.

Aroma: pleasant elegant notes of red and yellow fruits, nectarines, pink cherries, and golden apples
Taste: fresh with an interesting salty undertone, fine and frothy structure
Finish: elegant and dry
