Premium 7-Year-Old Filipino rum Don Papa, produced at the foot of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to create sweet molasses. After harvesting, fermentation, and distillation, it is blended by the Master Blender and then bottled in beautifully designed bottles.
The new development is that the recipe for Don Papa has been altered due to EU regulations, so the sweetener content does not exceed 20 g/l. Everything else in the production remains the same, and the rum is now less sweet.
The rum is made using a secret recipe that has been passed down for generations. It is distilled in small batches and aged for 7 years in American oak barrels. We recommend serving it on the rocks or in various mixed drinks and cocktails.
