Chateau Rúbaň Mília Sparkling 2022

Slovak quality wine with the designation selection of grapes, sparkling semi-sweet white wine. Variety Mília (crossbreed Müller Thurgau x Tramín červený), vintage 2022, South Slovak Wine Region - Strekov.

A total of 3333 bottles of Mília Sparkling wine were produced, and it is a unique collaboration between the winery Chateâu Rúbaň and Slovak jeweler Petry Toth.

The wine has a rich yellow-green color with golden sparkles at the edges. Its aroma resembles a wide palette of ripe exotic fruits with hints of blooming rose and muscat tones. The taste is long, rich in fruity acids, balanced with residual sugar. It is full of tropical fruit tones, a blend of mango, papaya, pineapple, and a hint of spicy nutmeg. The aftertaste, combined with alcohol and residual sugar, leaves a spicy sensation in the mouth.

The hand-picked grapes were processed gently and macerated for several hours at a reduced temperature with limited access to air throughout all stages of wine production. The wine was then carbonated with carbon dioxide (CO2).

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 - 10 °C. Bottle aging 1 - 2 years.
