Bunle That Boutique-y Whisky Company Black Gate 3 Year Old + Gin Sul free
The first batch of Black Gate single malt whiskey that That Boutique-y Whiskey Company independently bottles! Rich 3-year-old single malt whiskey of continental Australian style, matured in wine barrels. Batch 1 is a release of 254 bottles.
The Black Gate Distillery is run by Brian and Genise Hollingworth. Brian is a former educator, mechanic and art of distillation he studied with Australian guru Bill Lark. Black Gate Distillery produces Single Malt whiskey and dark rum. The annual capacity is only 3,000 liters of whiskey, which means that it is difficult to reach. They released 254 bottles for That Boutique, which represents almost 4% of their annual production! They use only small barrels for maturing, but these have a great influence on the taste. The dry, desert-like climate of New South Walsa causes rapid and aggressive ripening.
Aroma: old, dusty cognac, ruby-red grapes, dark sugar and burnt caramel

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.
Cold, clear and soft water from the Lüneburg Heath, grapefruit-sized Portuguese lemons, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin of the cistus herb (rock rose) make GIN SUL extraordinary. The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
