Whiskey That Boutique-y Whiskey Company Craigellachie 10-year-old (batch 7) is an independently bottled Scottish single mortar from the Craigellachie distillery. It is one of the few distilleries that uses spiral cooling for distillation. It is this difference that is behind the hearty taste of Craigellachie whiskey and was the inspiration for the illustrated label, which you simply have to smile at.
This batch was produced in a limited number of 2987 bottles.
Aroma: sweet-earthy with tones of hazelnuts, dried fruit, cinnamon and malt
Taste: coffee, caramel and brown sugar, nutmeg, barley
Conclusion: spicy, dried fruit and caramel

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.
Cold, clear and soft water from the Lüneburg Heath, grapefruit-sized Portuguese lemons, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin of the cistus herb (rock rose) make GIN SUL extraordinary. The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
