Bundle Prosecco Mix Extra Brut
Le Contesse Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut Nature is a dry white sparkling wine made 100% from Glera grapes and originating in the wine-growing region of Treviso, Italy.
After harvesting, the grapes undergo cold static decantation only by light pressing and cleaning of the must. A portion of the must is then stored refrigerated while the remainder of the mixture fermentes at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels in the presence of selected yeasts, with the help of which this sparkling wine acquires its fine sparkling. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to mature in temperature-controlled warehouses for several more weeks.

Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut is an excellent Italian dry prosecco (white sparkling wine) with controlled and protected origin.
It is made from the best Glera grape variety from the Aria Valentina vineyard (Veneto wine region - mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy).
It is excellent as an aperitif and during a meal. It is perfectly combined with raw fish and seafood, fresh and creamy cheeses, or spicy dishes.
We recommend serving chilled to a temperature of 6 to 8 °C. Store in a cool place, away from sunlight and heat sources.

The wine is made from 100 % Glera. The grapes are carefully harvested from the best hillside vineyards with optimal sun exposure. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the natural aromas and freshness of the grapes. Secondary fermentation using the Charmat method in pressurised tanks ensures a fine and lasting sparkling wine.
This prosecco is ideal as an aperitif, but it is also excellent with seafood, sushi, light fish dishes or fresh cheese. Its freshness and mineral character make it a great companion for a variety of gastronomic experiences.
