Sir Edmond is a premium Dutch gin with a very pronounced vanilla flavor. It is made from bourbon vanilla sourced from the island of Réunion, juniper from Macedonia, angelica root from Greenland, cardamom from Guatemala, ginger from Nigeria, and cinnamon from China. These are truly top-quality ingredients that have created a perfect gin with a fantastic taste.
The name of the gin comes from Edmond Albius, who is a pioneer of the method for quickly pollinating vanilla flowers. The bottle is sealed with a cork stopper.

The juniper distillate is created in a small, handcrafted, copper distillation apparatus. All alcoholic vapors must pass through a metal sieve containing herbs.
Cold, clear, and soft water from Lüneburg Heath, Portuguese lemons the size of grapefruits, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin from the herb cistus (rock rose) make GIN SUL exceptional. A hint of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is filled into typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
