Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin Sardinian Citrus Edition

Drumshanbo Sardinian Citrus Edition is an excellent Irish gin that undergoes two-phase herbal infusion with herbs, flowers, and fruits. This is a limited edition Sardinian Citrus. This means that extra ingredients, Sardinian lemons, were added during the infusion.

First, cardamom, juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, cumin, and star anise are added. These ingredients are slowly hand-distilled in ancient copper Pot Stills. Then, using state-of-the-art technology, Sardinian lemon, grapefruit, kaffir lime, and Gunpowder tea are infused with steam.

It is produced at the Shed distillery, which also makes whisky. It is an ideal companion for creating various cocktails, where it shines thanks to its excellent refreshing flavor.
