Sir Edmond Gin is a unique gin that stands out due to its vanilla infusion. The brand was created in 2016 by a group of Dutch entrepreneurs, including Jesse Koch, Stephan van Haren, and Bert Brouwer. The gin is produced at the prestigious Herman Jansen distillery in Schiedam, Netherlands.

The gin is crafted from six carefully selected botanicals, including Bourbon vanilla from Réunion, juniper from Macedonia, angelica root from Greenland, cardamom from Guatemala, ginger from Nigeria, and cinnamon from China. The distillation process takes eight weeks, with a six-week infusion period for the vanilla, resulting in a smooth and refined flavor.

The brand's name and inspiration come from Edmond Albius, who discovered how to hand-pollinate vanilla orchids in 1841. Sir Edmond Gin also supports nature conservation through contributions to the African Wildlife Foundation, committing to protecting African wildlife.
