Whisky Benromach Unpeated enters as part of the Contrasts series, which explores unique expressions of the classic Benromach style. This edition uses 100 % unpeated barley and matures in a combination of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks.

The palate opens with pineapple, followed by red apple, raspberries and raisins, supported by liquorice and oak, which gradually transition into delicate herbal nuances. The finish is medium-long, with fresh mint and gentle peppery spice.
