The Scottish Single Malt whisky Ardbeg An Oa is named after the rocky region Mull of OA in the southwestern part of the island Islay, where the Ardbeg distillery is located. Since 2017, An Oa whisky has been an integral part of the Ardbeg range.
The maturation of the whisky is a combination process. Ardbeg AN OA first matures in virgin Pedro Ximenéz casks, then in ex-bourbon casks, and finally matures in French oak casks. This gives it a rich and complex flavor. This whisky is characterized by an intense aroma of peat and smoke, with hints of dried fruit, honey, and spices.
Ardbeg AN OA is bottled at 46.6% alcohol, giving it a strong and intense flavor. It is a whisky ideal for lovers of peaty and smoky aromas who appreciate complex and intricate flavor profiles. The bottle is 1l in volume and comes in a gift box.
