For Ardbeg, the turn of the millennium made history for very different reasons. In rebuilding the Ardbeg distillery - Dr. Bill Lumsden and the Whisky Creation team conjured up the first casks of the new millennium.

Ardbeg Vintage_Y2K is the first limited edition in a new series from 2000, combining the old and new with modern innovative whisky making techniques - distilled in the original pot still that served Ardbeg for over 50 years until 2001.

Ardbeg Vintage_Y2K is the first whisky to be launched in 2024: a unique 23 year old whisky matured in ex-Sherry Oloroso casks and ex-bourbon casks.

No two Ardbeg whiskies are the same, but the Vintage_Y2K bottle is truly a smoky anomaly, a story unlike anything that has come before.

Ardbeg Vintage_Y2K is bottled at 46 % ABV, is unchilled and unfiltered. The bottle capacity is 0,7 l and comes in a stylish gift box.
