In this edition, Ardbeg heads to the west coast of the United States, where it combines traditional bourbon casks with exclusive California Cabernet Sauvignon casks from Napa Valley.

The result is a complex and aromatic single malt whisky that combines Ardbeg's intense smoky character with the fruity and floral notes of wine. The nose reveals hints of rose water, jasmine and smoked plums, while the palate offers notes of espresso, eucalyptus and dark fruit. The finish is long, with lingering smoke and a subtle sweetness of red wine.
